While school may be out on spring break, our Clubs are still buzzing with energy, laughter, and opportunity. Spring break is a time many youth look forward to, and at our Clubs, it’s no different—except here, the fun is paired with purpose. From the moment doors open in the morning, our members are welcomed into a space filled with engaging activities, caring mentors, and new adventures waiting to happen.
Throughout the week, our Clubs transformed into full-day hubs of creativity, exploration, and connection. Members celebrated Easter with colorful egg hunts, music, and crafts that brought the spirit of the season to life. But it wasn’t just about fun—our teens also got a taste of their futures. A group had the chance to visit East Carolina University, touring the campus and learning what life could look like beyond high school. For many, it was an inspiring first glimpse into the world of higher education.
Adding even more value to the week, representatives from REV Federal Credit Union stopped by to lead our teens in an interactive banking and financial literacy class. From budgeting basics to understanding how banking works, our youth walked away with tools that will help them make smart decisions for their future. It’s these kinds of hands-on learning moments that help our members gain confidence and skills they’ll carry with them for life.
Spring break at our Clubs is more than just a way to keep youth busy—it’s a powerful reminder that the Club is always here, every day, offering support, safety, and inspiration.
