Duplin County Clubs

In partnership with Duplin County Schools and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern North Carolina, Duplin County Programs will be available with no fees or cost to the participants. The program is supported through the 21st Century Community Learning Center funding through the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.

Beulaville Elementary School – Afterschool Program

This Club site:

Serves grades K-8 who currently attend Beulaville Elementary School. Members will come to a desginated space at the school upon bell dismissal. Transportation is not available at this Club site.

Registration Information:

This program is free of charge for approved Club members thanks to the 21CCLC program grant.

Afterschool Program 2026 – 2027

Monday – Friday
After school – 6:30 PM
Starts August 24th

Club memberships are available to youth grades K-8 who currently attend Beulaville Elementary School or nearby approved private schools. Memberships are open to all youth regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity or income.

Monday through Friday bell dismissal to 6:30 pm during the after school program. This Club site is not open for the Summer Camp program.

Our Clubs provide healthy snacks daily at no additional cost. In general our organization does not accommodate food restrictions; however, please notify Club staff if the member has any food or other allergies.

If an unexpected Club closure occurs, Clubs will notify all parents/guardians via an automated email and text notification. Signs will also be posted on building doors and posts will go out via our social media. Please be sure to inform Club staff of any change in emergency contact or cell phone information to ensure you receive these notifications.

Monday through Friday bell dismissal to 6:30 pm during the after school program. The Summer Camp Program will run Monday through Friday from 7:00am – 7:00pm.
