Reporting to the Site Director and the Assistant Site Director and with direction from the Sr. Youth Development Professional (SYDP) the Youth Development Professional (YDP) will plan, implement, facilitate, and supervise activities and events in a specific program area. Research, test and model a variety of innovative, exciting new programs in specific core areas that meet the diverse interests and needs of members, their parents and the community. Interface with volunteers assigned to specific programs to ensure proper application. Promote safety of members, quality of programs and appearance of the Club at all times.

The Bus Driver is responsible for safely operating the bus, transporting Club members in a professional and responsible way, and represents self as a positive, caring, respectful role model for Club members and the general public. They will also perform light duty maintenance to vehicles and facility as needed.
